Rachael is a former top-performing enterprise sales executive who didn't just sell digital marketing, she taught herself how to build it from scratch.
Rachael Jackson founded Oblyss with one clear goal: to make home services human again. Contractors are some of the hardest-working people she knows, yet she’s watched too many lose time, energy, and money to fragmented tools and overcrowded ad spaces.
Her perspective comes from every angle growing up in a trades family, marrying a skilled tradesman, and building a career in digital marketing serving home service businesses. That blend of personal experience and professional expertise revealed a simple truth: the system isn’t just inconvenient, it’s failing both business owners and homeowners.
Rachael believes contractors deserve a space that restores their time and freedom, so they can focus on their craft, serve their customers, and grow their businesses without being buried under broken systems. She also believes homeowners deserve transparency and real visibility into who is licensed, insured, and qualified, without being misled by ads or sold into spam.
For Rachael, this isn’t theoretical, it’s personal. And that’s why she built Oblyss: a unified solution designed to give contractors the tools to thrive and homeowners the confidence to hire.

While competitors like Jobber and HouseCall Pro struggle with security debt from rapid early growth, our Technical Co-Founder is architecting Oblyss as the most secure platform in the industry from the ground up. This isn't just technical excellence it's a competitive advantage when handling contractors' financial data and homeowners' personal information.
Experience:
Our Technical Co-Founder brings the technical firepower that Oblyss needs to succeed at scale. As a Memphis-based cybersecurity and small business IT professional with 10+ years of experience, including time at Microsoft, they understand what it takes to build secure, scalable systems from day one.
Current Focus:
Building enterprise-grade security infrastructure, ensuring SOC 2 compliance readiness, and developing the technical architecture that will scale from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of users.
